Christiane Wagner’s research fields are the social sciences, humanities, and arts, concentrating on the subfields of aesthetics, the science of art, and applied social sciences, covering topics such as communication, architecture, design, visual arts, and audio-visual studies. Her research line addresses a critical assessment of the arts, media, and digital technology with aesthetic, educational, social, and cultural concerns encompassing integrated, human-centered, and public-interest design, seeking and creating solutions that improve everyday life.
